Sangeeta Sharma, Founder Director, is a B.Tech (IIT) & MBA (Symbiosis). She has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of education, engineering, and management at senior positions. She has mentored students at school and college levels and is well-tuned into the needs of students across various domains.
Dr. Samiksha Ojha, Founder Director, has a Ph.D. from Delhi University and an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad. She has more than 30 years of experience in academics and consulting at leadership positions. She has counseled and mentored students across various levels.
Dr. Shashank Ojha, Founder Director, earned his Ph.D. from the Asian Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Accountant. He has over 35 years of professional experience. His expertise lies in the domains of finance and accounting. He has recently retired from The World Bank.
Sushma is the coordinator for Pragati initiative and also the music teacher at Aashraya. She has passed 11th Standard .
